1. You can access as an anonymous user by default - standards are view online only. You can also create a personal account to download standards and for a more personalized experience.
2. New account registrations. When creating a personal account (e.g. for pdf downloads), please use the following details:
Email: use long form address ie xxxx@albertahealthservices.ca (e.g. your legacy email)
Company: Alberta Health Services
Business Unit: Edmonton
3. There are several ways to search for subscribed standards – watch the short tutorials within Intertek platform for instructions.
4. If we subscribe to an individual standard, you will see the buttons for View Online or Download (if logged in under your personal account) on the right of the screen.
5. If we don’t subscribe to a standard then a button for requesting pricing will appear. Click to make a request to the standards working group. These are cost recovered to the requesting program. Important to include your name and contact info in the notes.
6. You can view online, download, and print (limited). You can also “watch” for updates to a standard. No extra software is required.
